We found out from a family friend (thx May!) last night that the northern lights were out and it was gorgeous, the pic is the view from our backyard.

I love the sense of community present in Blumenort… I’m not a fan of rental housing, everybody has to live somewhere – but I feel the home owners have more skin in the game, and hopefully are more committed to being good neighbors in the community.

My wife has had young drivers in Blumenort give her the finger while driving. I’ve also had some people yell at me, honestly with no idea what they said, lol or is that lul

I’d like to say I hope that doesn’t represent the majority of the good people of Blumenort, personally I think when you give another driver the finger – its a beta move and demonstrates just how little personal power you manifest. When I have a problem with someone – I just talk it out like an adult.

Why is the world the way it is??? I had a conversation with someone who believes in spiritual evolution, that we as a species will one day reach the point where we don’t sin anymore and that we can achieve that (without Gods help).

I see the opposite, we are no different than we were 2000 years ago. People still murder each other, cheat, lie, steal, disrespect – if anything we are going backwards. At least when I was a kid – we were fairly certain that men and women were different – physically, and emotionally. In 2025, we have more genders than burger options at McDonalds – apparently if you’re a dude – put on a wig and poof, you’re a woman, that’s all it took eh? Hopefully my wife doesn’t cut her hair because what happens then?🙄

In a world of uncertainty, fear, and delusion – the only truth that matters is the truth and revelation of Gods divine book – the bible. In it is every answer for today’s problems. It is the hope for the future, and food for the soul. Don’t go running after other people, the latest style; these are frivolous, lesser things; I’m speaking from experience to say that will NEVER truly satisfy you.

Putting the words of the Holy bible in your heart and living out that truth every day is the real blessing that we have.
