I’m not talking about conspiracy theory here.

Eggs is a great example, when one listens to commercials – the only eggs you should choose are from a major food store, anything else is suspect. My opinion is that this is hot bologna – we’ve bought eggs from the store and they’ve been small, the yolk is hardly even yellow, its like a fakey pathetic excuse for an egg 🤮- it barely has any substance. You can’t convince me that this is the egg my life has been waiting for.

If one goes to a colony or a farm and buys fresh eggs, they are huge, the yolks are yellow as the sun or even orange, and you know they’ve got max protein and flavor.

I tend toward whole foods, or more organic foods, salmon, smoked chum fish bbq ends, avocado’s, pork chops on the BBQ, Kiwi, cherry plums, little cans of low sodium V8, Quaker Oats with Chia seeds *and Cinnamon*, raspberries, turkey and chicken breast, BBQ farmer sausage, brown buns & bread, Yerba Mate Tea, and matcha green tea, and coffee.

That represents the most of what I eat and drink.. when it comes to seasonings, I use Himalayan salt, ground pepper, and cayenne pepper.

People say that you shouldn’t eat fish, eggs are bad for you, don’t have Himalayan salt, and on and on.. I’m not a health expert, but I think that is a load of crap. The least processed foods that are natural are the best foods for you to eat – I believe that because your body was designed to break those foods down – much like sugar from fruit can be absorbed properly without much issue compared to processed sugar from candy.

I think those original foods were maligned because companies want people to buy their latest food slop. It doesn’t matter that it contains who-knows-what – it’s wayyy better for you than an egg.. like ya right… 🙄.

In the featured pic – I made it today – I’ve got avocado on brown toast with pepper, farmer sausage that I smoked yesterday, and a sliced kiwi with skin – a very delicious and healthy breakfast for sure.

Jason

I’ve been trying to separate fact from fiction in this life… there are so many lies, its hard to tell what is true and what isn’t.
